I've spent fifteen years building businesses from the inside, scaling them to multi-million dollar brands, and I learned everything the hard way.
And now I get to help other people skip some of the hard bits (honestly, I do this because I wish I had me when I started).

Recurring sessions for Founders and Leaders who need a regular space to think out loud, get challenge and ultimately unstuck. No more carrying it all in your head (especially as you try to sleep at 11pm). Designed for people who want to leave each session with clarity and next steps. From $500 a session, recommended 3 month minimum.
Ongoing and weekly(ish) involvement. I plug into your business as an operator and a part of the team, across ops and people/culture (since they are rarely separate problems). This is perfect for Founders/Owners who find themselves bottlenecking every decision and want to start trusting things to run properly without being in every room. From $500 a week.
A fixed scope and fixed timeline for a specific problem that needs solving now (a restructure, a messy handover, a broken process). You get the relief of it being handled, properly, so it stops eating your headspace. Starting at $800, final scope and price depend on the job.

I'm a two-time founder, COO, and the person business owners and leaders call when their next phase of growth has them stuck.
I didn't come up through corporate. I built a floristry studio from scratch, sold it, co-founded a multi-million dollar hospitality group, and spent eight years scaling it from concept to 7 venues, 4 brands and 250+ staff. I learned everything the hard way (which is just a nice way of saying I made a lot of mistakes with a lot of audacity and a sprinkle of delusion).
What I know now is that the gap between a good business and a great one is almost never the idea. It's the people, the structure, and whether your leaders actually know how to lead.
I'm based in Melbourne and I work with founders and leadership teams who are ready to actually fix it.
